PW&A Regional Managers & Sales Co-ordinators


As a result of a new company structure regional managers and sales co-ordinators have been appointed to further develop and mentor our brokers and organise sales.

 


 

Jack Meehan

Jack was born, bred & educated in Southland. On leaving school Jack began his farming career in Northern Southland before moving on to work on properties in both Otago & Canterbury. In 1979 Jack took on his first Management role on a property owned by Landcorp. In 1986 he moved to the Waikaka area to take up further management roles until 2005 when he was appointed to the position of Sales & Marketing Manager for Wairere South Romney’s before joining PW&A Ltd In July 2012. Jack continues to live in Waikaka and will be covering the Southland and Otago areas. Outside his family his interests include rugby, dog trials & harness racing. He is very much involved in the local community of Waikaka and the surrounding district.

 

John (Chook) Harrison

John – who also answers to “Chook” – is another son of Mayfield. He grew up on the family farm before heading off to boarding school in Timaru. After finishing his schooling, he returned to the family farm for 10 years. During this time, he complemented the home operation with a leasehold block and also took on a contracting, dipping and tailing business. John joined PW&A in 2007 and continues to live in Mid Canterbury. Outside of work he enjoys following his children’s various sporting interests. John was heavily involved in rugby, as both a player and coach.

 

Wayne Andrews

Wayne’s stamping ground is the Cave, Pleasant Point and Geraldine districts of South Canterbury, but he started life in West Otago – in the small settlement of Heriot. He has spent all of his life on the land – progressing from farm labourer jobs, through the ranks to farm management. He spent 14 years on a South Canterbury sheep and cattle farm – during which time he studied and earned a Diploma in Sheep and Beef Production Management and Agribusiness Management. Wayne’s extensive knowledge and experience of on-farm operations is appreciated by his clients. He joined PW&A in 2006. Wayne enjoys following his family’s sporting interests, as well as pursuing his own – specifically hunting, rugby and golf.
